Shipping policy

We'll immediately begin processing your details upon placing the order with us so that the necessary steps can be taken to request an order from our printing and framing labs. Given that all orders are made relative to requests, you can expect your typical waiting period for an unenclosed piece of art comes out as seven (7) business days.  However, whereas obtaining a frame version or even acrylic wall art extends this duration by fifteen(15), regardless this also includes eventual shipping expenses. You'll receive an email message from us if there are any unexpected delays

We personally handle your work to the collection point and send finished prints via Australia Post, DHL (or similar). Once dispatched, we will send you the details so that you can also track your print. Make sure to enter the accurate delivery address because if the goods are returned to us as undeliverable, a re-dispatch fee will be charged. The original dispatch's freight charges are non-refundable.

You agree and accept that we are not responsible for any expenses, losses, damages or costs that you may incur due to postage or import taxes when our products are sent overseas.
